It's been a while since I've updated on my adventures in Weight Watchers. Well, I weighed in today and have officially reached a 10% weight goal of 21 pounds lost. Its taken a long time, but hopefully I'm on the right track. I've been increasing my workouts, trying to eat more fruits and veggies and trying to cut out my sweets. I've got about 20 more pounds to go before I'm happy. I'm thinking if I put my mind to it I can do it before June!!!!!
