As some of you may notice, I haven't been posting with my usual gusto.
I've been finding it hard to blog after whirwinding through the day and night as a single-parent. Once Caderyn is in bed and I clean and study for my class, I'm usually exhausted and the last thing I want to do is pick up my computer.
I also just haven't had a lot of time to sit down and type. I also haven't wanted to just sit down and think about what to type because then thinking leads to me missing Jeff.
So. Bear with me.
Our days now include:
Sometime between 6 and 7 a.m. Caderyn wakes up. Mommy has to get up.
Change the diaper. Give smooches and snuggles. Load of laundry in the washing machine. Turn on the coffee pot and let Lucy out to go potty.
Around 7 a.m.: Make breakfast for mommy and Caderyn. Sit down and eat.
7:30 a.m. Quickly turn on some cartoons so mommy can take a quick shower and get ready.
8:00 a.m. Rush outside in the freezing cold and turn car on.
8:15 a.m. Get Caderyn dressed and ready to go
8:15-8:45ish (8:30 if I'm lucky): Vacuum, sweep, mop or clean something.
8:45 a.m. load Buddy in the car and to daycare
9:00 a.m.: collapse into my chair at work and start the day from there
4:45 p.m. Pick Buddy up
5:00 p.m. Home and start dinner
6-7p.m. I get to workout
7:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. playtime and snuggles and some cleaning
7:30 p.m. milk and diaper change
7:45ish (its been around 8 now) bedtime.
8:00 p.m. Collapse on the couch. Study for 30 minutes
8:30 p.m. Clean kitchen, fold laundry or some kind of cleaning
9:30: collapse on couch
10:00 p.m. collapse into bed.
Sound thrilling doesn't it?
