31 WEEKS

Ah yes, it is time again for the bathroom photo shoot. I know how much you all like these. I really don't know what I'm going to do with myself when I won't be able to take pictures in the loo anymore.
Here we are at 31 weeks:
Dude, what is going on with my hair? It is super awesome all of the sudden and then crap the next day.

How far along? 31 weeks of love.
Weight gain/loss/stretch marks: I'll just keep ignoring this question and tell you that when I was in Phoenix I bought a maternity back brace as advised by my doctor. It has made walking and working out much, much more enjoyable. I carry babies low and the stress on my poor back, OH my poor back.
Maternity clothes? Yeppers. The bigger the better.
Sleep? Not great this week because I've been stressed about work. On Monday I was so stressed my stomach was a rock hard contraction from 3:00 p.m. until I went to bed. No joke. It was so painful. This morning the little guy woke me up with hiccups around 5:00 a.m. I don't mind this.  I feel like this is a special moment we get to share together and I think his little hiccups are SO cute.
Best moment(s) this week? Well, nothing really. This week hasn't been very great. Being with Caderyn has been the best part of it. Oh! Yesterday I got to meet a friend for lunch and I had the BEST piece of mud pie EVER.
Food cravings: Cheesy bread. Random, but I haven't indulged in this yet.
Gender:A little dude.
Belly button in or out? I am starting to see a side of my belly button I've never seen before. It scares me a bit. I have a serious innie belly b, and I'm starting to see parts of it I've never seen before. I can't be bigger than when I had Caderyn???!!! Simply not possible, I haven't eaten nearly the amount of cupcakes with this one as I did with Caderyn.
Movement? This week I haven't felt him as much and it scared me because he is usually VERY active all of the time. I called my doctor and she said with stress this could be normal but to keep and eye on it and to relax. Easier said than done. Funny thing, at lunch yesterday he whacked me in the gut right after I'd swallowed a bite and it came right back up. Nasty.
What I miss? Being in shape. Beer. Sleeping on my stomach. My energy levels. I would LOVE to run after my son, but can't bring myself to do it.

What I'm looking forward to: No work all summer. Having Jeff home. Rearranging some things in our house. Baby and Caderyn snuggles.
Weekly wisdom: Keep calm and *Sparkle*
Anything else?
  • Baby Gabe is almost 4 pounds and about the size of a head of lettuce.
  • Baby is sleeping in 20-40 minute cycles now.
And now a word from our other baby:
Ball? Squirrel? Deer poop perfume? Hiiiiiiiii.

You could always do picutres of the bathroom post baby. And like hide from the stall and shoot outward.
