So I thought I'd give out a weight loss update.
I probably gained about 52-55 pounds during my pregnancy with Gabriel:
Oh yeah. Large and in charge about 5 days before I delivered.
I'm not one of the magical women who claims to drop the baby weight super fast by breast feeding.
Extra pounds just LOVE my body. They're all like, "Hey! Cool! A red head, lets make her fat!"
And me, well I'm like, "Nooooooo. Why do I love ice cream so much?"
My inner dialogue is VERY noisy and dramatic.
I have to consciously decide I'm going to drop the weight and then change certain things about my diet.
I joined Weight Watchers.
I don't eat sugar during the week.
I don't drink any pop.
No more cereal snacks before bed time.
Working out at least once a day for 30 minutes or more.
Since I joined Weight Watchers in August, I've lost 17 pounds.
Only 28 more to go to my goal weight.
It doesn't seem so daunting anymore. Especially since I've already done this once before.
Gotta just keep getting after it!
