IPHONE LATELY: LEGOLAND PART ONE

Okay folks, here we go. This here and the next few posts I do are going to be some EPIC photo dumps. Last week, we went to LEGOLAND. It was magical. Not really.
It was a lot of fun though and the kids had a fantastic time. There was so much to do. Caderyn was able to go on all of the rides and even Gibby was entertained all day by the different rides and shows. He loved those shows.
Of course, there were days leading up our departure where I snapped some photos. So here are those.
Look at him. He's just such a little squish-cake.
Random photo texting to Bryanna. The one she sent me back was equally boo-tiful. I'm pretty sure I'd texted her a really bad pun and then sent her this to make sure she got it.
Night vision corgi.
And this ladies and gentlemen is what I call a "camper." A camper, and I shall give you the definition I created many years ago, if someone who goes to the gym but doesn't work out. They sit their butt on a machine and hog the crap out of it. This guy sat on a machine that I wanted to use for over 20 minutes with his stupid feet in the air and played on his stupid phone. He worked out maybe...twice in the span of 10 minutes while I had finished three 20 rep sets on two machines. I about exploded. The same thing happened today with a gal this time. I swear, the next time this happens I'm going to say something. One of my BIGGEST pet peeves is inconsiderate gym users.
I went to The Good Egg the day we left and wrote for three hours. I ordered the chocolate banana pancakes and they came with caramelized bananas. It was super filling and pretty delicious.

We left for LEGOLAND Wednesday night after my Dad finished work. We stayed in Carlsbad at Carlsbad by the sea which was maybe a total of 8 minutes from LEGOLAND.
The kids were really good in the car. We got in late, but they were troopers.

Gibby's first ride ever went way better than I thought it would. He loved every second of rides (which is great because I thought he would freak).

The lines were...a little long. On this ride my Dad started to blend into the hieroglyphics.

All Caderyn wanted to do was get his driver's license. His dream came true in this next photo sequence.

And then we came home and crashed into our pjs and didn't move until the next morning.
