We spent a good amount of time in Missoula this summer. Great Falls too, but that was later-like end of June/July. The majority of June was spent in Missoula. It was great. Good food. Time with family. Park time and a trip up to the family cabin.

Let's just take a moment of silence here to remember "the nap." Gabriel has been phasing out of the nap this summer and it has been more painful for me than for him. Now, some days, he needs one--he even asks for one--and that's okay with me. But for now, our future of napping is looking more and more grim.
I love naps.

Spending so much time in Missoula meant that Caderyn started to resemble the local "wildlife." Sandals AND a man-satchel.

Swinging in the mountains.
After Gibby's birthday party we packed up and headed to the family cabin for a few days.
Mountain detour with a horrible, just horrible, view.
Montana at dusk. Unfiltered. My heart just swells with so much love for that state when I see this. This too.
